Extremely thorough and informative
Fitting of glasses was not great first time, but the manager is wonderful and she addressed them until they correctly fitted. Best to ask for her to help - she is very good.
Female associate was very pushy. I came in to get a trial pair and schedule a visit. She forced me to write this review and refused to give me the contacts until she checked the website to see if I had made the review even when I explained “Ma’am I have to get back to work” she replied “So you didn’t leave the review?”
Neil was great! Really helped getting me the best deal for my daughter’s glasses. He was very informative and helpful. Have been going here for the past few years and always a good experience.
Very fast, helpful and informative. Would strongly recommend!
