Kierra was so professional and friendly. She was a great help, too. Very knowledgeable.
Kierra at the Carroll St. location in Ft Worth could not have been more helpful. I had a minor issue with my mother in law’s glasses that I was not able to correct myself. She saw to my problem quickly, even though the glasses had not been purchased there. Her pleasant and cheerful demeanor will make me a future customer there.
Such a nice experience. The optical team were extremely helpful and courteous. I came in without an appointment because my eyeglass frames were bent pretty bad. They fixed them so fast and spent extra time cleaning the lenses. I was expecting to pay at least $100.00 for this service. This was all done free of charge!
I came in today to see if I could get a screw placed in my sunglasses that had come apart. I did not purchase my sun glasses at this store, but Mark was so very kind and said that was not a problem and promptly put a new screw in and tightened the remaining screw as well! I appreciated his kindness and promptness, but also how gentle he was with my glasses. Thank you so much Mark for taking the time to help me today!!
