Update: I came into Target Optical Glade location on 02/20 with my sons and both employees greeted us warmly and let us know we’d be helped as soon as someone was available. I truly wish I had gotten the name of the person who helped us — short, dark hair — because they were amazing. I shared I had a not so good experience at amother local location and my son was helped right away.
