We’ve always had such a great experience with Target Optical! Camila is incredibly helpful. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and never makes you feel rushed. During our most recent visit, she helped us find the perfect glasses for my son and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. She truly goes above and beyond and is a big reason we keep coming back!

Update: spoke to the store manager here and she was helpful and would assist me with my issue. I appreciate her efforts at helping me get my replacement frame. Thank you! Guy on the phone was not the most helpful. I had glasses that were improperly adjusted by a store manager at a different target optical location (Springfield) and asked them if he could replace it with the frame if they had it in stock.
