My husband and I are both regular (yearly) patients. We have had excellent care and service.. Never a single problem..
6/15/14 The doctor has no "bedside manner" at all. She barely spoke to me when I told her about some issues I was having with my Toric lenses. She suggested another brand... which were completely blurry and not resting on my eye correctly and she had no other solutions or recommendations beyond that. We ordered my usual lenses - I had to ask if my rx changed - she offered no info on how the exam went or "everything looks good" or anything. The dr was OK but the staff does not know what they're doing. First they filed my insurance wrong & overcharged me. Then they told me my glasses would be ready in a week. I called in a week & they said they weren't ready &they would call me when they came in. A week later I called again, still no glasses. 18 days after my exam they told me my order didn't get processed & they would reorder & put a rush on it...will be 6 more days! Still waiting for my glasses! Save yourself the hassle & go somewhere else.
