Stephanie R is the best. I was out of town and lost my glasses in the lake. I contacted Stephanie to see what my options were after she looked into it and called me back my only choice was to reorder. We were having problems with my new insurance she was able to research and find the issue. It took a few hours but she was in constant contact and was able to get a new pair ordered. We did this all over the phone. It is hard to find good customer service in 2025 but Stephanie has it.
