The exam was thorough, but the provider herself was condescending and not very welcoming. For my daughters next exam I will likely opt for a private practice. However - the optician/office manager was fantastic! He was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy with her frames and that I was utilizing my insurance benefits to their full potential. I would highly recommend the optical department here!
Jeff was cool and super friendly
Jeff, the store manager is stellar. He’s friendly, he’s prompt, and best of all he’s always looking to save you a few extra bucks. Can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve never had anything close to a poor experience when interacting with Jeff. The man knows his stuff.
