Slow. Appointment time + 50 min. It happens so frequently they ever have a sign explaining that the waits are because the doctors give patients the time they need. Clearly the appointments and scheduling are in need of revision.
Hiram continues to go above and beyond for another year of glasses shopping. Last year he took the time to work with me to get my progressive lenses perfect despite my odd requirements. My daughter asked me to wait to get our new glasses/lenses until Hiram was working because of our previous positive experience. Once again, he worked with us to navigate our “out of network” insurance and made sure the fit and adjustments were spot on.
Andra was so patient, kind and professional. She was knowledgeable on the different products. Andra represents Target well.
My family and I had a great experience! Andra was very engaging, polite, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She helped each one of us and gave us great advice on how to make the most of our insurance. I highly recommend Target Optical.
