We have been coming to this Target Optical location for years and have always had great experiences with Chase. He has consistently been welcoming, friendly, and professional, which is why today’s experience was so surprising. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:20 p.m. At 5:12, I called to let the office know that traffic was terrible and that my GPS estimated I would arrive at 5:29. You guys are so great! Thank you for the great service! Thank you for going over all the procedures before hand, and breaking down my glasses price with my insurance. Prices are great and flexible especially if you have Eyemed insurance! Im sure it’s a thankless job, especially after seeing that other review, sheesh. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me and my family and the Sandy area get the best possible vision they can!
Parker has excellent customer service. He’s patient and respectful. He turns something that can be very difficult into something very easy and simple. Every time I’ve come to him for the past couple years, he’s always been great. I highly recommend going to him anytime you have problems with your glass I’d give him a 10/10
