The store manager Thanh Nguyen was super kind and considerate! She really helped me with an issue with my glasses that was plaguing me for weeks and immediately resolved it and answered any questions I had. I will be coming back if I have the same issue!
Very nice and professional
I needed my glasses tightened after I slept in them; I also lost the screw. I was able to go into the store and get another screw and my glasses tightened!!
