The assistant to the provider I saw was rude , and made me feel uncomfortable. As an adult I’ve made the decision to pay out of pocket and this person made me feel as though she assumed I would leave after telling me the prices. It was a very weird experience for me and it made me not want to stay. The only reason I did was because I was already there. With that being said if I’ve chosen to come to a location out of all the other location with insurance or without insurance I expect customer service.
I usually don’t write reviews but after the third time showing up to pick up pair of glasses to find this store randomly closed I am feeling the need to. The first time I showed up to pick up my glasses they were randomly closed for the day. The second time I showed up they were closed again. This time with a sign on the door saying they would reopen at 2. I waited around for 45 minutes for them to reopen only to find out they put the wrong prescription in my glasses. Awful experience. Scheduled an appointment and gave my insurance information. Came in day of appointment and was notified they were having an issue with finding my coverage. I was asked to wait while they verified it. Turns out they couldn't and said I was out of network and if I wanted to keep my appointment itt would be $150 out of pocket. I said if pass and left. I called BCBS Anthem from the parking lot and within 5 minutes verified I was covered. We jointly called Wallerich (Target Eye Clinic) and explained that I had c... read more
