Jonathan was so helpful & kind when I came in to have my frames reshaped. He made sure they were exactly how I felt my most confident & comfortable. Even helped me when it came to discussing insurance & how I could go forward getting my new glasses/prescription there at Target Optical. I’ll definitely be back!!
I came in for an eye exam, the Dr was very nice, and explained everything she was going to do before she did it, which was very nice. Then I decided to order some glasses, and Taylor was a great help in picking out frames, and he was very personable and took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. I will definitely come back here for future exams and glasses.
I'm grateful for their professionalism and friendliness . My glasses fit perfectly and Jonathan has the best customer service ever.
