This is my first time in my life needing glasses as I’ve had great vision up until 41 years old. This has been really hard for me because getting older was easier alongside my fiancé, who passed away just 16 days ago. Target Optical staff was wonderful. I was impressed with both the frame selection, and the friendly staff, but was especially impressed with Jonathan. When I had a problem with my new glasses, he was able to resolve the issue in a fast, professional and understanding manor. 10/10 experience all around and I will absolutely recommend Target Optical to my friends and family.
The whole experience was super easy and concise. Everyone is friendly. I got to see the scans of my eyeballs and boy are eyeballs gross. Jonathan at Knollwood is just the sweetest and gives good honest advice. Also, any time I've needed my glasses tuned up, I have been able to pop in and they'll tighten everything up and clean them right then and there. I highly recommend.
