GREAT SERVICE!! I went for an eye exam for new glasses. The optometrist was excellent, took his time answering my questions and concerns. Then, I met Denise, the customer assistant(?). She understood when I couldn't stay to look for new glasses as I had another apot to get to. When I returned a week later, Denise remembered me! It was a slow time, no others in sight, she helped me with different frames and styles, understood my budget, helped me select frames that fit me so to speak. Told me when a frame wouldn't work. I went to the Target Optical in Burnsville, MN. on 8/24 and received my new glasses on 8/28. I honestly couldn't be happier. Denise helped me, and in my opinion really went the exra mile for me. Denise answered every question I had, and she helped me figure out my face shape. I think she could tell I was completely overwhelmed, so she picked out a few options for me, but her first option for me was the only one needed.
