Very quick turnaround for a set of replacement lenses for my backup glasses, even faster than the original estimate. Thanks to Fran for going above and beyond to resolve an issue with the lenses, they're great!
I cannot possibly express how much I Iove this office. I’ve been going for years, including with my little girl who has pretty complicated eyes. Dr. Patel, Tad, and Fran are incredible at what they do and also… just as humans. Today my little girl asked us to go back and get a picture with Fran after picking up her glasses… so we headed back inside for this.
I’ve been a client of Target Optical for several years. Have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Patel and the staff, especially Tad. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new eye doctor.
I found out my previous eye dr went out of network and since I always shop at Target figured I try their optical department. It was one of the best experiences that I have had. From the girl on the phone to the manager they were friendly and had great customer service. I saw Dr. Patel for contact lenses exam and he was so knowledgeable and took his time breaking everything down for me. They are a great team and just gained a new lifetime patient.
Amazing experience. The girl who helped me was very helpful, and made sure to set me up good. I look forward to going again to get some more glasses.
