These people raise the bar real high for customer service. Seriously the most pleasant experience ever, buying glasses. I wouldn’t think twice about booking your next appointment there!!
I’m honestly really disappointed with Target Optical. I paid for my eye exam here, and when I asked if they could simply measure my pupillary distance (PD) so I could order my prescription glasses, I was told they wouldn’t provide the measurement unless I purchased my glasses from them. I understand businesses want to make money, but refusing such a simple complimentary measurement to a paying patient feels incredibly money-hungry.
