I had such a great experience with this store. I needed glasses or contacts ASAP, the original eyeglass store I went to for help and for my exam this year were rude and unhelpful. Someone suggested target optical and I came to this one. Not only was the manager so incredibly helpful with my problem, but she was also empathetic and so fun. I ended up buying glasses and contacts both. The other guy in the store was also so nice with his customers, and it was so refreshing to have such a nice customer service experience. The in-store optical made it really easy and convenient and the person who serves me whose name was Fran if she is not the manager of the optical department she better well should be pretty soon because she is amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and she definitely made my experience a good one.
Dr Patel/Dr Yoon and staff are amazing !! If you're looking for great service and great value go here!
