The eye doctor was most knowledgeable and Fran, the woman who I paid for the 2 pairs of glasses was warm and welcoming.
I have been coming here for two years now and never had an issue until this year when they sent my contacts to the wrong location. They never verified with me that the address they were going to send it to was correct. I am not even sure how they got that address in the first place because the last time I ordered contacts from them they sent it to the correct address. I am still waiting to speak to a manger to resolve this issue. They said that they were going to call me back but haven’t. I am beyond disappointed.
Fran is amazing and such a great person to work with. I’ve been coming here for years and they’re always finding ways to go above and beyond!

I had such a great experience with this store. I needed glasses or contacts ASAP, the original eyeglass store I went to for help and for my exam this year were rude and unhelpful. Someone suggested target optical and I came to this one. Not only was the manager so incredibly helpful with my problem, but she was also empathetic and so fun.
