This target optical has a manager that does not care one bit about the client. I came if for a exam and the lady helping was suppose to call my insurance company and call me to order contacts. While I was there she had to change all my insurance info even after I gave it to them on the call for the appointment.. Sad deal I love the DR but I cant stand to see this manager. I was emailed an appointment which I confirmed. Then had a couple questions so I called them. EVERY DAY for a week sometimes more than once a day. They did not get back to me. When I showed up for my appointment today they told me to leave because in order to have an appointment I would have had to speak with them. But they had plenty of time tomorrow or the next day... nope
Limited selection, didn't apply my insurance and when I went back they couldn't figure it out. They handed me the forms for me to send in to get reimbursed. Told me they couldn't just order new lens for my frames either. Will not be going back. I should have driven to Costco...
