Ai Lin was wonderful! They got my glasses fixed quickly and effectively. I expected to wait or have to drop off my glasses and they were so nice in taking the time to get the job done. Every time I come in everyone is so nice and good at their job and this time was no exception. This level of service and customer care is why I keep coming back consistently to this eye care facility over any others.
I had a great experience at Target Optical, thanks to the wonderful girl AI LIN who helped us. She was extremely nice, patient, and polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions and help me with any issues I had. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and kindness!
