The gentleman, Will, in that store is very friendly and helpful. Last time I took my wife's reading glass to him to replace a screw. That reading glass was bought from Walgreens but he repaired it without any charge. I've been using this shop for a few years and I am very satisfied with their service.
Check in and the whole paperwork and insurance verification was easy and seamless. The young man at the desk, whose name I forgot to note, was cheerful and efficient. Finding frames was easy and fun and getting measured was quick and painless.

When I called about an unexpected delay in the arrival of a contact lens order, their team (likely Armando) reached out to the supplier to get an updated and responded to me within an hour with a status update. He also went ahead and shipped me some trial lenses to use during my wait, which I found to be very nice and helpful.
