I traveled to the Bay Area from Boston for vacation and realized that I forgot came to bring my contact supply. Looked up a local place that got good reviews for optical supplies and found Target Optical which within the Target. Phyo was at the store and after telling him my problem he looked at my prescription and was able to get me a supply of my contacts quickly. 5 stars because I needed help getting my glasses fixed and Ai Lin managed to get me in right away and help me with my needs! It was my first time here but she was so sweet and very patient. I appreciate the great care I received here and look forward to coming back
Dr. Chiem was super nice and patient when I took my mom for medical eye exam, she noticed issues and quickly referred us to specialist. Very grateful that we went to see her.
Unfortunately the level of service was unsatisfactory and the staff was not accommodating with the insurance we use. It appears the doctor and the sales people are completely separate and do not communicate. Be careful of bait and switch tactics and unethical rude behavior. The sales people in the front is very rude, and easily discriminates. *Management didn't resolve any concerns at all*
Extremely knowledgeable and engaging staff. Prompt and great prices as usual Our needs were very simple… To get contact lenses for a teenage college daughter. By bringing in an external eye exam prescription there was no hassle, no fuss. All went great
