My first visit. The store was clean and efficient. Both the front desk assistant (Ms. Opal) and Dr. Chiem were very friendly, professional and efficient all at the same time. I had all my questions answered, recommendations (without being wishy-washy) and efficient fulfillment of prescription - all in under an hour. Service prices were reasonable, and I guess the frames/glasses were also. Previously shopped at Costco Optical and Eye Exams of America. I like this location and doctor better.
The staff are always friendly and professional. My family and I have been going to this office for the better part of ten years. We always deal with Dr Chiem (amazing) and Opal (Manager) and her team. Great Team!

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Will who fixed my glasses in like 5 minutes!!! So appreciative! It made my day! And for my other glasses that were very out of shape, he was able to refer to another place not far and very inexpensive! I really really appreciate your kindness! From the bottom of my heart thank you!
The gentleman, Will, in that store is very friendly and helpful. Last time I took my wife's reading glass to him to replace a screw. That reading glass was bought from Walgreens but he repaired it without any charge. I've been using this shop for a few years and I am very satisfied with their service.
