Horrible and would not recommend. I placed an order in late march after almost 3 months of not getting them I called, they informed that the order was never place because the person who originally charged me put it in wrong so it never processed. No one told me I had to call. Because of this I was over charged over 70 dollars. It’s is now mid August I have yet to get my refund AND I have NOT even received my full order of contact that I got. And they’re having me jump through hops to get any of it
I had a great experience at Target Optical in El Paso getting prescription lenses for my Ray-Ban frames. Andrea was very helpful and made the process easy. I appreciated that she used the Essilor Eye Ruler to measure my dual PD instead of the old Sharpie-on-the-lens method I’ve experienced at other vision clinics. It was nice to see a more modern approach. I purchased my lenses on Friday and they were ready the following Tuesday. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Target Optical.
