I will not lie.,. I hate shopping for glasses. BUT this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at Target Optical or any Optical store. Nida was helpful, friendly and attentive, but not annoying or bothersome. She helped the other clients, but always came back to check on me. I was there for a while. Once I selected the frames, she walked me through my insurance coverage, comparing it to their offers. Second year coming here and they don't listen when I say I want a years supply of contacts. I keep getting 24 total contacts instead of 24 PER eye! I change my contacts every 2 weeks so I need 24 contacts per eye. I don't care if some people want to use them for longer. I asked Marlee for an entire years supply. So frustrating.
