They have pretty glasses, but they are very unprofessional and when I was requesting more info The lady in the front desk it was so unprofessional. She was on her phone all the time that I was talking to her about my insurance she was on her Instagram While I was asking more information about the glasses frame she respond me in a unprofessional manner She never asking if I need appointment or anything And I was about to make my eye exam with dr Rodriguez I decided to not do it
Today I got glasses at the target on precinct line. Vanessa was amazing. I am so excited to get my new glasses in a few weeks. I am 54 and have wore glasses my whole life and I have never been so excited about a pair of glasses! I would have never picked them but she took the time to help me find my pair. They were so cute and she was so knowledgeable about the glasses and the insurance. Everything I needed. Go see Vanessa!!!
