We have always used target optical in colonie and have always had a great experience. They have always been so helpful in finding just the right pair of glasses and always being very professional. Today Colleen went above and beyond my expectations helping me out with a shipment issue. Thank you again Colleen!
I had a great experience at Target Optical. Jase, the onsite technician, was friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable right away. Dr. Shuter, the remote optometrist, gave a thorough and detailed exam and explained everything clearly. Together they made sure we felt well cared for. Highly recommend this location for excellent eye care and service!
Remote eye exams are the wave of the future; I, however, am not a big fan. Colleen and Claire were both exceptional at their jobs and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Butler was as good as any in-person clinician I’ve ever had, even though I only saw her on a screen: very Orwellian. Overall I’d give it an 8.5 to 9.0. Job well done, ladies!
I went in yesterday for a readjustment to my frames. The staff there were amazing and super polite. Especially the lady with the first name beginning with their letter C . I forgot her name but she was fantastic.
Had a great experience purchasing my daughter’s contacts at the Colonie Target — Colleen was extremely knowledgeable, smoothly navigated insurance, applied rebates and generally made the whole process super easy!! 😅 Thanks Colleen!!
