Highly recommend! All of the employees I interacted with were super kind, especially Claire and Dr. Biggers. The exam was super quick and easy to complete- the whole process was seamless and comfortable. Claire helped me figure out what my insurance would cover and answered any questions I had. Claire provided exceptional customer service. She provided me with the costs of the different types of lenses. She was very thorough with every step of my selection and informing me of what was covered thru my insurance. She was extremely professional and showed appreciation of my business.

I had a great telehealth eye exam here. Location was clean and organized, everything was on time, and Colleen was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient with the exam and frame selection process.
Absolute stellar customer service. I had gone to lens crafters and was quoted over $1,000 on two pair of frames and lenses and found two pair at target optical for wayyyy less! One pair being the same beautiful Ralph Lauren frames I had really liked at LC. The store manager was phenomenal in taking her time with me, explaining all of the options available and the reasons why they would be good/not good.
