Highly recommend! All of the employees I interacted with were super kind, especially Claire and Dr. Biggers. The exam was super quick and easy to complete- the whole process was seamless and comfortable. Claire helped me figure out what my insurance would cover and answered any questions I had. Target Optical did a wonderful job on my new glasses. I have a high power and I’m always so afraid my glasses will look thick, but with their help we choose a great frame and they don’t look thick at all!! They were awesome!!
I had a great telehealth eye exam here. Location was clean and organized, everything was on time, and Colleen was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient with the exam and frame selection process.
Claire provided exceptional customer service. She provided me with the costs of the different types of lenses. She was very thorough with every step of my selection and informing me of what was covered thru my insurance. She was extremely professional and showed appreciation of my business.
