We have always used target optical in colonie and have always had a great experience. They have always been so helpful in finding just the right pair of glasses and always being very professional. Today Colleen went above and beyond my expectations helping me out with a shipment issue. Thank you again Colleen!
I went in yesterday for a readjustment to my frames. The staff there were amazing and super polite. Especially the lady with the first name beginning with their letter C . I forgot her name but she was fantastic.
I had a great experience at Target Optical. Jase, the onsite technician, was friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable right away. Dr. Shuter, the remote optometrist, gave a thorough and detailed exam and explained everything clearly. Together they made sure we felt well cared for. Highly recommend this location for excellent eye care and service!
BEWARE, this is a remote appointment in the store. There is nothing on their website that indicates this. Due to the fact that it is remote, you are required to pay an additional fee for retinal imaging that most insurances don’t cover. Drive an hour for my appointment only to have to decline because I was told that I would still need to go elsewhere to have my eyes dilated. We visited around 4 on 9/19. The woman who attended to us was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. Everyone who works at the Colonie location is always great!
