Terrible. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment just for them to cancel because of an "medical emergency" which is just them forgetting its a memorial day weekend and they want an extra day off because I'm the last appointment on that day. Also I cant afford to wait longer with my current old glasses. I will not be using this place after this appointment
I had a rare great clinical experience at the Target Optical off Clendon Keith Road and Marietta. The front office staff was very helpful. They were kind and professional. The doctor was also very warm, very kind, was able to clearly answer all my questions and explain to me what she suggested without any pressure. I was given many options, and dealing with insurance was very simple. Overall, it was an exemplary experience. Definitely recommend them.
I renewed both my glasses and my contact prescriptions today, and was once again very impressed! Always super amazing and very professional help and service here! The doctor and her staff go out of their way to insure the absolute best customer service possible!
Michelle assisted me in choosing glasses. She was outstanding, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a very busy day and I never felt ignored. Highly recommend this individual.
