Dr. Tracy Thi, OD and Associates By far the best eye exam experience so far. Greeting upon arrival is very hospitable. Checking in for appointment was a breeze. Dr. Tracy Thi is very knowledgeable. Been coming here for years. This was the first time I had my appointment cancelled for not confirming the appointment. Appointment was set for 2:50 pm got a call at 8:52 am (day of apt) informing me to respond by 10 am or face cancelation, while I was working. I responded at 11 am, was told I was fine but when I showed up was informed my apt was cancelled.
