We just switched over to Consumer Cellular today. We just want to thank Derek for starting and set up on our new phones. You are deeply appreciated for doing a great job.
Of all the people I've worked with in this location, I've only ever had one bad experience- and even that wasn't bad really, just not as good as the other experiences. They're all nice, they aren't pushy with sales, and they have some really good deals sometimes. Unlike other tech places we've gone, the people we've worked with here give us honest answers (as in, that's not a phone you'll like long term for what you use it for. Which I've not gotten from other places.) I'd recommend them.
