This place is nonexistent. My insurance company sent me to this location for a breastpump and we spent 20 mins looking for it only to come up empty. Don't go here.

Worse company ever, I was told by my Dr that they were closing. Now, I have an electric wheelchair that won't go straight!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. No one in customer service, they often don't even answer their phone. They don't ship when they tell you, back order items without telling you, and the only person there you can speak with -- DIxie -- has a stock answer: "I don't know." I don't know how they are in business.

I called Monday morning because my breathing machine was not working probably. Their system so assured me when it came up they would call. Which they did several hours later, they stated they would call when they were on the way that was Monday. No machine so Tuesday I am still waiting for the phone call. So once i got home from work I called to see if the part was goibg to be delivered. She stated they deliver based on zip code. So I stated I called Monday she said does not matter when you call they deliver by zip code. I j... read more
