Service with them started out amazing and super easy. We had ordered 100 tumblers and when they arrived we noticed we were 10 short. We reached out to them asking for the remaining 10 we had ordered and they shipped them out, nothing said. Months later we were reached out to about a remaining balance. Going back and forth with them they finally told us those 10 were on back order and that is why we did not get them in the first order and now we owe more than we originally paid. Target Marketing Group is outstanding! We have worked with them on several corporate orders as well as outfitting my sons fencing club with team gear. TMG did a great job on both fronts, ensuring small details were considered and accounted for, walking us through the process and delivering very quickly.
