This has got to be the worst company I have ever worked for!!! The managers and supervisors didn't know what an expansion joint was?? Their groundworks is terrible and after 10 months I quit. From day 1 I was re doing most of work. The groundwork manager didn't know ANYTHING about groundwork and was in navy? Anyway the standard of work is below average on groundwork. Im glad I quit this company. They must do alot of back handers to get work. Lol

Target provided a fire assessment of our flat and recommended upgrades to the existing door. We paid a deposit for this to be done. They missed the first appointment, then apparently attended without making contact with the residents waiting for them, leaving because the door was not suitable for the work they had recommended despite having performed the initial survey. I have been waiting for 2 months for a fire door replacement and in the first 4 weeks they didn’t even bother to order the door, despite informing me they had and despite making multiple calls to them. They know the door I currently have has a temporary lock and leaves the property vulnerable but they don’t seem to care. Avoid this company!

Target initially sent out an engineer to quote for a light replacement end of November. After chasing up quotes we finally heard back in January. Trying to get a hold of anyone at the office was almost impossible, and they kept pushing back the date of installation. Finally got this done mid March- not worth it

I recently used Target maintenance and I was extremely impressed with their service. From the initial phone call, they were professional and responsive. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and efficient, and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The work was completed to a high standard, and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Target to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property maintenance service. I Will definitely be using from now on.
