Very un responsive. Have called for 2 days multiple times and emailed. No one ever answers. No call back and no response to email. Just drove all the way there. Says open til 4 online and 5 on door.... its 3:35 closed. Bought one of their lifts used and need a few parts and the manual. A week later and still they dont answered, called back or recieved an email response. Glad I did not buy new. Customer service is what makes or breaks a small business.

I am a recently retired mechanic & shop owner, When I first opened Dealer Alternative here in Fort Worth in 1997, I purchased 3 two post lifts, then before the end of the year I purchased 3 more. Only a few minor repairs over the years & the first 6 are still working fine. By the time I retired after 44 yrs as a mechanic I had 3 shops and a total of 28 lifts, most were from Target. I’m very satisfied with this business as well as their employees.

great bunch of guys.. I have been using these lifts for more than 22 years. I plan to buy more in the next 22 years !!
