I really enjoyed my time at Target life fitness. It has a great atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The equipment is well looked after, and there’s plenty of variety and classes for different types of workouts. The staff, trainers and people are genuinely supportive, welcoming and create a positive environment that keeps you motivated. Target life fitness was a big part of my fitness journey, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Chris is so welcoming and allows my daughter and I to utilise the gym like it’s our own. Such a family friendly environment and always greeted with a smile.
Target Life Fitness has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and supportive, which makes it a comfortable place to train. It’s also very kid-friendly, which I really appreciate. The coaches Chris and Lauren are all kind and patient, creating a positive environment. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a supportive and inclusive gym in the community.
