Horrible attitude. I thought they were fellow audiophiles, but they are only friendly when they want your money and think they can upsell you on their overpriced inventory. Otherwise they don't give you the time of day. There are other audio dealers to do business with. Also they don't carry any brand that you can't find everywhere else

I just recently bought a pair of heimdell2 speaker cables from this store. They called me and told me they had even burnt them in for me. I highly recommend these guys. They are excellent. Please support your local audio store!
