I am changing my 5 star to a 1 star. I had a Military family membership for 3 years not one time did any person tell me someone has to be in school. Nore asked me EVER. Fast forward my mom goes to RENEW her 3 month family membership and they wouldn't let her. My mother is an elderly women whose fighting cancer and this was her first gym ever, shame on you.
