I wouldn't even give this guy one star, but they won't let you leave a review if you don't rate his company. This guy is a clown, run, a modern day charlatin. He quotes you a price on the phone before he even checks out the work and then he wants you to send him a document stating his price he gave yu and if you don't he cancels his services with you.
