Rolling back DEI policies? Disgraceful.
Customer service people were very rude.I did not enjoy my shopping and probably won't be going back after 20 years.. the entire crew is new and none of them have the kind personality the old crew had. And they way they were dressed and looked unkept was awful.
I'm CHRISTMAS shopping and I don't hear English!!! Now MOST percentage of people speak English. A lower percentage speak other languages. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
I have a cast on my ankle and on crutches. I am finally able to venture out a bit, and I wanted to grab some things from there. Their motorized chairs were not plugged in, but the notice was down that the battery was low. Now before i was in a cast I was in a boot and was having a bad ankle day and wanted to use the chair and it was the same thing. What is the point of having them if they are not gonna be plugged in for people to use!
I have a love hate relationship with target. I like how they are a one-stop shop, BUT the stores by me are not good at keeping up on inventory, nor do they know how to stock their shelves in a way that is conducive to the shoppers. I have visited all 3 stores closest to me and have the same problem. Stockers are blocking multiple aisles so you cannot get down them, and the aisles you can get done are out of stock in what I am trying to buy.
