Very unprofessional,
Nurses are very rude to patients. Totally different than the nurses at the kaiser office on Glenoaks or sunset. Will never come back here again
Ive been here several times for routine tests and exams and they have always been professional, friendly, and prompt. I've never had a bad experience with them.
I was a Target for medicine over the counter and saw the clinic open, Ania was so helpful but they had no space for and promise to call me next day unfortunately my wife and daughter had the car shopping. So I couldn't meje and promise me if any other cancelation later on open they call me back. Thank you Ania. For being customer oriented and help everyone, told my family to go there for minor health issues.
Wonderful, highly professional team members here. They helped me with everything A to Z and went above and beyond to take care of everything they could here.
