I usually don’t do reviews but I had a bad experience here. No one was outside to check me in. Rang the bell 3 times and no one would come out. Eventually, the provider Vivian Mac came out. At the door, she asked me about the reason I was there and then said “So, what do you want me to do?” This was a conversation had at the doorway, by the way. Honestly I see all the bad reviews and I usually don’t leave reviews but the woman who helped me today was so kind. I wanna say it was Adrienne. She did not have to help me with what I came in for because I was confused but she totally did! I am very appreciative to people who do work that they don’t have to do.
Visited when I was not at my best. Doctor asked me if I wanted flu shot I said no then she asked me if I wanted covid booster. I said no. She said ok I'll input that you declined. When I recieve the bill both are charge on my bill. Had to call KP to try and get it fixed. The I sent my $10.00 copy. The submitted it for $100.00 now I'm working to recover $90.00. TARGET said it's KP issue KP said it's a Target clinic issue. So now I'm working with my bank to get my money back. Shady business practice. I'm staying away. To much ... read more
Horrible experience!! I will never come back to this Kaiser clinic. NP Vivian Mac was extremely dismissive was in the office for less than 5min.
This is the worst place to go. Very, Very rude staff. KAISER what are you doing????? F-
