they lie only for kaiser client
My insurance says this site accepts my card. Lady working says otherwise. Don't recommend this site due to lack of knowledge by desk staff. Was told to call a number to inquire further - no answer from the number given. If you are new, I'd suggest someplace else to expedite the proper care you need. Review isn't for any of the hospital staff other than front desk and mystery phone number that never answered. No walk-ins either.
They do not take walk-ins. I called Kaiser, and they informed me about the target clinics and that they took walk-ins. I got there, and she said they didn't and they didn't have appointments available for the next two weeks. All I needed was a physical for my daughter went to another clinic out of Kaiser, and it took less than 15 minutes. Pay over $600 a month on medical insurance and can't get a simple physical done on any of Kaiser facilities!
Nurses and NP were so kind and clean. I felt so safe and seen. I don’t think I’ve ever been understood by healthcare workers as much as I did in my experience. Be gentle with them, they are truly a gem our city/Riverside needs. 🤍✨
