The appointment was very easy to schedule on the app. The LVN called me in less than 5 minutes waiting. She was extremely nice and patient. The N.P. however was rude and dismissive like she wanted to hurry my appointment along. I left feeling confused and still no closer to understanding my issues. I immediately made an appointment with my primary doctor. Honestly don't waste your time and money, just go to an urgent care and you'll actually be treated with dignity.
Caroline went above and beyond in answering my questions and scheduling my appointments.
Very nice and helpful receptionist. She did everything she could to try and get me an appointment. I very much appreciate her effort. This clinic says all are welcome and nonmembers can walk-in. In practice this doesn’t seem true. Their website to book was down, and the number given to call and book is for members only. They also were not taking walk up appointments. I was turned away and care was not provided.
The most bizarre and strange placement for a clinic ever. And don’t need a prescription and ask for the CVS right next door. 🤷♀️ Don’t even know how to describe my experience. Could start off with having an ear infection. My second in twelve years. Not being able to hear from the doctors treatment, being dizzy after. Also TMI, (Not Sure I Would Be Able To Pay The Subscription), after a shaky copay.
Customer service was very poor. The N.P. which attended me appeared to be having a bad day. She was sassy, did not answered my questions, and very dismissive. The only positive side was that I was out in 15 minutes. Experience would’ve been better if customer service was decent.
