Great idea but terrible execution. Scheduled an appointment through Kaiser’s website. Arrived 10 min early to make sure I was on time. At check-in the girl told me that they can’t take me in because my appointment was scheduled for a 15-min time slot but the appointment required 30 minutes. I told her that I scheduled specific appointment type through the website and didn’t have a choice for duration. The answer was that the system sometimes does this mistake, that they can’t take me in, and that I can schedule another time.... read more
I don’t know why this place has such a low rating, the receptionist and nurse practitioner were nothing but kind and caring during my appointment. They even took me 10 minutes early.
Super lame here. Receptionist was in the back watching movies instead of opening on time at 9am didn’t come out until 20 min after. Also called no answer
its pretty cool that kaiser has clinics inside of target and its super convenient as they are usually available for same-day appointments. the nurse that gave me my vaccines today was really sweet & helpful as well. kaiser is truly the best and they always get me the care i need asap. i will definitely be coming back here in the future for any minor healthcare needs. thank youu
