Horrible experience. Closed due to staffing shortage. Greeted rudely by the LVN asked me ‘what are you here for?’ Excuse me ma’am you have the schedule. Fire all these lazy workers you all get paid the most and complain the most. Kaiser is always striking. Will not continue with Kaiser in 2026 for health insurance.

Finally have time to write review because it’s been really bothersome. Would give a zero if I could. This is for a health visit for a family member on August 11 2025. The LVN name Anya DIAGNOSED MY FAMILY MEMBER WITH A STROKE! I get that the LVN had concerns but absolutely bizarre to say my family member was having a stroke! She kept saying we have to go to urgent care/ emergency room because he’s having a stroke and that clinic could not see him there due to HIS “ STROKE” symptoms! I’ve come to this location twice, once for my daughters well baby exam and once more for when she spiked a big fever. Both experiences were great! From the receptionist to the NP that assisted us. The scheduling was easy and swift. Highly recommend if you don’t want to wait in urgent care
