Made an appt one month ahead as there were no sooner appts directly at Kaiser. My appt Gets cancelled day of appt. Very unprofessional. Not everyone has the ability to ask for days for dr appts and then get cancelled the day of. I wouldn’t have this issue at a Kaiser hospital.
They never answer the phone not even for a simple question!

There are NO clinics, Urgent Care or Emergency services in the whole City of Long Beach. Kaiser fails Long Beach members by not providing these necessary services! I will change medical providers at open enrollment because of this.
Marina Mills,LVN was so helpful and accommodating. When I told her that I received a bill from my office visit, she right away took care of it. She was fast and efficient when I went for an office visit. Most Important of all, it did NOT hurt when she gave me my flu shot!
