Honestly did not like the service. I felt my appointment rushed. I still had a pending concern and the doctor said the service was over. The doctor did not appear to be ready for the appointment neither.
Made an appt one month ahead as there were no sooner appts directly at Kaiser. My appt Gets cancelled day of appt. Very unprofessional. Not everyone has the ability to ask for days for dr appts and then get cancelled the day of. I wouldn’t have this issue at a Kaiser hospital.
They never answer the phone not even for a simple question!

There are NO clinics, Urgent Care or Emergency services in the whole City of Long Beach. Kaiser fails Long Beach members by not providing these necessary services! I will change medical providers at open enrollment because of this.
