Awesome experience! Sooooo.....convenient.
Try to walk in during their business hour at first. No one is there. No sign about why its closed nor when it will be open. Tried to make an appointment. They canceled me 2 hours before the appointment time. Please go to a Kaiser office instead. This place don't even worth trying.
The African lady the doctor is a big screw up I walk back and forth to the clinic and to the pharmacy 5 times She sent the prescription to the wrong location I had to wait 1 hour for her to listen to me and get up and do something She kept saying it was the pharmacy mistake
This is not a walk in clinic. You have to have an appointment. We drove all the way there and in the parking lot someone finally answered and stated we wouldn’t be able to be seen til SUNDAY! It was a Friday evening. It is not a walk in clinic at all. You MUST have an appointment. Save yourself the time and drive to Riverside Kaiser.
