Honestly, just skip going here if you are a Kaiser member and just make the drive to the closest urgent care. I went here because the skin around my eye was red and swollen, I thought I might possibly have an eye infection but didn't want to drive from San Jacinto to Murrieta. The NP was unprofessional and kept asking me medical questions in front of other patients. If this doesn't break HIPPA rules, I don't know what does.
