We booked an inspection with Ben Scherm for a property in Gold Canyon. We were there at 11 and within minutes he was ready to go. He left minutes after 11 am. He couldn't have done much in such a short time. He wasn't very nice or helpful and left. He did send the inspection report and because he showed up we were going to pay him on the 28th. That wasn't enough he threatened to make a collection like he works for the mob. Not a way to treat a person whose gone out of his way to help. I would have paid him for his poor work ... read more
