I brought my car here to have the valve cover gasket changed: the mechanic broke the neck on my radiator. The owner, Jordan Kaminski recommended that I pay for a new radiator. 2months later my valve cover gaskets still leaked!
This business deserves a 5 star rating I have been bringing my car to Target Auto for more than 15 years, I am always treated kindly and feel I can trust that my car is serviced with complete safety and honesty! I never feel like I've been over sold. Its my choice to service as needed and suggested. I recommend Target Auto to anyone who is looking for a honest repairman!
This facility is one of the best that I have been to. They provide great customer service and do great honest work. They go above and beyond what was asked and did a full inspection on my car. I was never pressured into buying any other services but they did recommend additional service that may be needed in the near future. They were also able to provide me with a free car to use while mine was getting worked on. That is some of the best customer service I have ever seen. This shop does good work, but... They pressure you into getting more things fixed on your car than you originally came in for. Therefore, if you are on a budget, or DO NOT like to be pressured DO NOT go here.
