Worst experience. I was charged 175$ for just inspection without work to fix it. I was not provided any update after inspection regarding the availability of a part needed to fix the hearing, for more than a week and I had to call more than 5 times to get an update. And the response I still received is that they are not sure if they will receive the part. How am I suppose to wait forever to get my heating unit fixed from you in this cold weather? I called for my AC coil leaking problem. Technician came in and did almost nothing but connect a meter into outside compressor and claims AC unit is malfunction. Then, he advices to replace whole system. This is very not professional as he didn’t even open the AC coil and find out why it’s leaking. End up I get charges for $225 for nothing done!! I got another company in and find out the leaking source. I really doubt this lousy company can do job.
This review is for their latest service . It was very bad in all aspects including the cost. In the past their service was good.
Excellent service. Our tech was tremendous and truly knows his craft.
