We recently purchased a home on Pine Island and called Target AC to check out the system for us to make sure it is in proper working order. Aaron and Jayden showed up and were extremely helpful and informative about the entire workings of the unit. They told us that the unit is older but in fine working condition. Target Air HVAC is the most personal and professional company that I have encountered. They truly put Love and Skill into the work they do. I called them at the end of the day on Friday and told them that my furnace was down. They assessed my system but couldn't get the part until Saturday morning and bright & early Saturday morning they took care of me. I am truly grateful for Target Air. They made me a priority and took care of me like I was family. Thank you Target Air.

I am bummed. I picked this place to do all the energy upgrades and whole new HVAC on my home back in early August and they were supposed to help get me through some of the rebates that Michigan is offering. They dropped the ball completely, went incommunicado, then after a month of ignoring my requests for an update, tell me to just go find another contractor because there is a new guy running the office and thats what he is telling everyone in my boat.
