Don’t advertise you close at 11p.m. and close early. Really needed something and I know it was last minute but we’ve all been there and I would’ve been in and out by your listed closing time. It shows poor customer service and is irritating as I was ignored. Aligns with other reviews of poor management.
Wish more employees were working customer service the one person was a little overwhelmed. The clothing section was really messy hard to find size. Still a great store just little things need to be fixed.
Why is there a group of grown men (NOT EMPLOYEES) standing around the trading cards and actively chasing people off? Why is the store covered in messy inventory strewn everywhere? Why is half the makeup in Ulta smeared and exposed and unsanitary? So many questions!
Store looks reasonably clean from what I saw, but in multiple years of retail, I know one thing for sure: long lines means bad management. Employees folding clothes and arranging seasonal decorations when 50 people waiting to checkout at the busiest hour of a fresh weekend is a clear sign that the “manager” has no idea what they’re doing and should certainly hand the reigns over to someone else.
