Updated Could you please get employees which will actually do their jobs and work. Most will do the bare minimum of customer service. Target genuinely needs secret shoppers, and more direct supervision and training. Congratulations on your employee referring me directly to another retailer and then losing *thousands* in sales

Horrible
I'm giving 5 stars because I know this is not a usual occurrence. I recently placed an online order for mother's Day and when I came into the store to pick it up I wanted to check out the two items that were cancelled. They were in the isles listed in the app... FRONT AND CENTER... I am so disappointed at how quickly the items were cancelled from my order. I love this target and I usually have no problems but it felt like there was no care taken by whomever picked the order.
