Horrible
I'm giving 5 stars because I know this is not a usual occurrence. I recently placed an online order for mother's Day and when I came into the store to pick it up I wanted to check out the two items that were cancelled. They were in the isles listed in the app... FRONT AND CENTER... I am so disappointed at how quickly the items were cancelled from my order. I love this target and I usually have no problems but it felt like there was no care taken by whomever picked the order.
Kudos and thanks to store associate Emily who went above and beyond to help me find an electronic item. There appeared there was no one else working that area but she was walking by and kindly offered to help me. great to see young helpers understanding the needs of the customer. AWESOME experience with Bob this time in Electronics. 3 weeks later I needed another item and Bob was so knowledgeable and helpful.
