I used to come here frequently, but today will be my last time. I understand asset protection is a necessary part of retail, I’m comprehensive of that. I was fine with it when they were stationed at the store, but there will never be a world in which having asset protection follow people around is a good business move. I had a frustrating experience with one of their cashiers who seemed unsure about counting money. This confusion nearly cost me $20. The situation was made worse by the cashier’s hostile attitude during our disagreement, which only escalated the issue. Fortunately, another cashier stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy, ultimately resolving the problem.
