This review is specifically for Ed at checkout :) Today I did my first target shipt shop and Ed was super helpful and explained the process to me throughly! This was my best target customer service I have ever received! Thank you Ed for making my experience amazing, You Rock!
This store has become a complete disappointment. Theft is rampant, which has led to nearly everything being locked up. Bathrooms are consistently filthy and poorly maintained. The grocery section is unacceptable (I’ve seen molded pasta left sitting in the fridge). There never seem to be enough employees, and the ones who are there look overwhelmed. Management is either absent or simply doesn’t care. The whole place feels neglected, unsafe, and not worth the trip.
