I went this evening (12/04/2025 - 04:12pm) to return a heater I purchased online. While Barbara was assisting me at the return counter, another employee (a man without a name tag, seem to be an Indian origins) suddenly stepped into the conversation and accused me of using a screenshot of the barcode. He claimed I was trying to scam the store. Guy working at the customer service counter was so incredibly rude. He called out for the next guest, I came up, I said “Hi, how are you, I just have two items to return...” And he talked over me to yell for other employees to assist. Didn’t acknowledge me or even look at me when I greeted him. Just took my items and scanned my barcode. Also, the bathroom is ALWAYS disgusting.
12/1/25 Monday 8/18/25 Monday very good location inside the Fremont hub. Store is clean n organized. Also inside Starbucks coffee shop.
