TLDR: Do not come here to buy a phone, apparently they actually cannot sell you one due to staffing issues. I came to this location around 4 pm on a Tuesday to buy a new phone based on the price advertised online and the availability shown. I went to the electronics section and talked to the clerk back there, who notified me that they cannot sell phones unless their "technician" is present. The price match has become a joke at Target. I usually don't request for a match but there was a 33% lower price on board game so I requested a match and they said they do not consider discounted price on competitor's website. That doesn't make sense since MSRP will always be the same on any website. The match only makes sense if you're respecting the lower price on Amazon/Walmart's website, which, of-course comes because of discounts. Been here a lot and always loved the store. However on a busy day there are only 2 self checkout open when there are more than 15 ppl waiting in line. Not sure why???

I love this Target. Always open until 11pm and they usually have what I'm looking for.
