I made the mistake of coming to this car wash yesterday. When I pulled in I noticed all of the garbage cans were overflowing with trash. The front vending machine was completely empty of items. The front change dispenser would not work. I had a lot of trouble getting the other change dispenser to work. One bay was completely filled with mud. Other bays had garbage all through them. Change machines broken, half the bays don't have soap in the brush half the time, Dosent take coins when it does it says you didn't put any in and can't get them out, avoid this place at all costs. Been going downhill for years now

I try to go here since it’s the closest touchless wash near me and I know it’s owned locally. Although I was disappointed there was no air dryers, I left and there was still soap all over my car. Now I’m sitting at the wash in natrona heights to get it off

Stopped to wash my car today and the first station I pulled up to didn't work at all and ate my quarter. Pulled into one that did work and ran out of change but neither of their change dispensers work so I was stuck with soap all over my car. Luckily a nice girl ran over to the bait shop and got me change. She said they told her it happens all the time because it's always broken. Unfortunately think I'm going to have to drive a bit farther and find another self serve car wash.
