Dr Rafati and his “bedside” manner is hard to find in our healthcare times. I always feel listened to and have the ability to weigh in on my own healthcare decisions.
Today I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment, and they still kept me waiting more than 45 minutes without any update. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told no one was available. I was then informed the doctor was “very behind” and that I would have to wait another 1–2 hours, which is completely disrespectful to patients’ time—especially when appointments are scheduled. My entire family sees Dr. Rafati. Both of my kids are very picky with doctors, but they trust and feel comfortable with Dr. Rafati.
Dr Rafati has been my PCP several years and he has been great. The time he takes and care he provides is excellent. He also has referred me to several specialists and all of them have my complete trust. Some were not in the Methodist network.
What an amazing doctor!! Very smart and patient. I’ve been to many and Dr. Rafati is the only doctor willing to listen with patience and takes the proper diagnostic steps. The best PCP yet!
