This place has the most unwelcoming security and staff I have ever encountered in the Daytona metropolitan area. It is truly shocking that the homeowners tolerate it.

This place has amazing views from the right units. The pools are beautiful. Condo living isn’t for everyone though.
The coffee was very good and worth the wait. We had a cortado and a mocha. The bagel was just meh for the price and size. It was also like a mini bagel. The space is very contemporary and bougie. The staff did seem overwhelmed with the crowd but I will totally return for the coffee.
